Kelvin has worked in Watersports and Outdoor Ed for somewhere just shy of 20 years now. Throughout that time working in every role from being an Apprentice Instructor, to being the Centre Manager of a company that was one of the biggest outdoor centres in the county. Kelvin has picked up a wide array of outdoor experience and qualifications including being a UKCC Level 2 Coach, Rock Climbing Instructor, Coasteering Leader, Duke of Edinburgh Award Supervisor/Assessor, Hill and Moorland Leader, Surfer, Diver and much, much more. These days you will likely meet Kelvin leading our team of Supervisors and managing your expeditions! |

Like Kelvin, Chris has also worked in every role from being a weekend helper, upto a Centre Manager. Chris has been in and around the world of Watersports and Outdoor Activities for again, just shy of almost 20 years. Like Kelvin, Chris has also collected a good selection of experience and qualifications throughout his time in the outdoors, including his British Canoeing UKCC Level 2 Coach, Coasteering Leader and Duke of Edinburgh Award Supervisor/Assessor. (Not to mention his background as a Sailing and Powerboat Instructor.) These days you will either find Chris leading Coasteering & Kayaking activities, or supporting Kelvin with leading large teams of Supervisors and managing your expeditions. |

Jordan has also worked alongside Kelvin and Chris for many years. Jordan is the youngest member of the team, but still has around 10 years of Outdoor Instructor experience. Just like Kelvin and Chris, Jordan has also worked in every position from being work experience at an Outdoor Centre, being an Apprentice and up to being Centre Management. Again, just like Kelvin and Chris above, Jordan has accumulated a large array of outdoor experience and qualifications including being a Rock Climbing Instructor, Coasteering Leader, Hill and Moorland Leader, Duke of Edinburgh Supervisor/Assessor, Divemaster and more. You will likely come across Jordan either on the water, Managing one of our Supervisor Teams or more likely, during the booking process, where he is usually the one handling the paperwork! |
