Kelvin has worked in Watersports and Outdoor Ed for somewhere around 20 years now. Throughout that time, Kelvin has worked in an array of roles, including as a weekend helper, an Apprentice Instructor, a Centre Manager and everything in between. Kelvin has picked up a wide array of outdoor experience and qualifications including UKCC Level 2 Coach, RockClimbing Instructor, Coasteering Leader, Duke of Edinburgh Award Supervisor/Assessor, Hill and Moorland Leader, Surfer, Diver and much, much more. These days you will likely meet Kelvin leading our instructor team on large school groups & residentials. |

Similar to Kelvin above, Chris has worked in and around Watersports and the Outdoor industry for around 20 years. Again, Chris has worked in a full array of roles, from weekend helper, to Centre Manager. Chris has also collected a varied selection of experience and qualifications throughout his time in the outdoors, including British Canoeing UKCC Level 2 Coach, Coasteering Leader and Duke of Edinburgh Award Supervisor/Assessor. (Not to mention his background as a Sailing and Powerboat Instructor.) These days you will either find Chris leading Coasteering & Kayaking activities, or supporting Kelvin with leading our instructor team on large school groups & residentials. |

Watersports and the Outdoor industry, Jordan oversees every aspect of what we do. He started his career as work experience at an Outdoor Centre, continued as an Apprentice and worked his way up to being a Centre Manager. Jordan has also worked for a variety of different companies, both as a freelance instructor working across the south of england and as a seasonal instructor working in sunny Cyprus. With a wide array of outdoor experience and qualifications, including Rock Climbing Instructor, Coasteering Leader, Hill and Moorland Leader, Duke of Edinburgh Supervisor/Assessor, Sailing & Powerboat Instructor, Divemaster and more. You will usually find Jordan leading Coasteering and Climbing activities, or managing the day to day of the company.
